The data wirelessly transmitted every ten minutes from the observation stations are sent automatically to the computer of the Flood Control Office and accordingly the water stage of rivers and flooding scale
are calculated for the flood forecasting areas.
In case that the probability of water level rising beyond standard point is high, we announce flood-warning
or flood-alarm to the public through the mass media(broadcast, newspaper) and related agencies so that
citizens can prepare and evacuate against possible flood.
